By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. 1. Rental Agreement 1.1. By renting a trailer from us, you agree to be bound by our Rental Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including rental fees, duration, responsibilities, and liabilities. 1.2. You must meet our eligibility criteria and provide accurate and complete information when renting a trailer. 2. Rental Process 2.1. You can rent a trailer through our website, mobile application, or at our rental locations, subject to availability. 2.2. You may be required to provide identification, proof of insurance, and payment information to complete the rental process. 3. Rental Fees and Charges 3.1. Rental fees are determined based on the type of trailer rented, duration of the rental, and any additional services or equipment requested. 3.2. You are responsible for all charges incurred during the rental period, including rental fees, taxes, penalties, and damages. 4. Trailer Usage 4.1. You agree to use the rented trailer for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2. You are responsible for properly securing and maintaining the trailer during the rental period. 5. Return and Late Fees 5.1. You must return the trailer to the designated drop-off location by the agreed-upon return time. 5.2. Late returns may be subject to additional fees and penalties, as outlined in our Rental Agreement. 6. Damage and Loss 6.1. You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented trailer during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. 6.2. You must report any damage or loss to us immediately and follow our instructions regarding repairs or replacement. 6.3. Wear and tear does not include tyres, deep scratches bigger then 10cm, lamps, any damage to the structure of the trailer, hitch, jockey wheel, hitch gaiter, locks, loss of keys, electrical connectors, adapters. 7. Liability 7.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the rented trailer, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct. 8. Insurance 8.1.
